Alicia Angstadt is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She has over 25 years in the insurance and real estate businesses. Alicia has formed a unique team at her boutique brokerage that has extensive knowledge in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

In addition to her Principal Brokers license, she also holds SRES, CDPE and MRP designations and is constantly involved in real estate courses that keep up with the ever-changing market.

Alicia has a passion for helping others and is currently involved with the Grievance Committee and Diversity Committee with the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors and previously was a member of the Fredericksburg Area Service League and sat on the Board of Directors for the Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters.

She holds memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors and Bright MLS.
